Terrorism is one of the biggest problem we are facing in our country. It cause tremendous effects to the lives of people especially the children. They should have a bright future, but because of terrorism their future is ruined.
However, we the researchers of Gusa Regional Science High School conducted a survey that may tells us the impacts of terrorism to children. The survey was conducted only in 30 students from Gusa Regional Science High School with 10 Grade 12 students, 5 Grade 11, and 15 juniors students , having a rate of 32.4% females and 67.6% males.

The survey tells us that mostly of the students strongly agree that terrorism had a powerful impact to children and their families. There is an increasing concern about the effects of this exposure on children who witness these violent images. Mostly the students agree that the government should develop a proactive and strategic response to reactions of fear, clinicians, educators, and policy makers must understand the tremendous effect of terrorism and should take full responsibility to this social issue.

vgThis is one of the statements from the survey, it shows us that there is 83.8% strongly agree that terrorism really did create panic and fear to children. There is also 2.7 % who strongly disagreed. But we can still conclude from their response, that there is possibility that the child can have post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) that develops symptoms such as intense fear, disorganized and agitated behavior, emotional numbness, anxiety, or depression after being directly exposed to or witnessing terrorism.

The graph shows us that there is 75.7% strongly agree that authorities should be ready when it comes to the safety of the people which includes the children. There is also 2.7 % who strongly disagreed. Therefore the authorities play an important role when it comes to this social issue, they should create some programs that may help the citizens to be aware and safe from terrorism.
